Monroe City cross country finishes their season on a high note at the State Championships. Girls team finished 11th overall. Individually, Emmalee Williams medaled, placing 12th out of 193 runners. Congratulations to all our athletes!

Mr. Lee and Mrs. Rubison’s classes enjoyed a presentation by Mr. Jim Barnes who served as a helicopter pilot in the Vietnam War. Mr. Barnes shared his pictures, his story and gave each student a copy of his book, Low Flight.
