Last night MCHS FFA took 3 Proficiency applications to Area 5 selection. These applications are based on the students SAE and their recordbooks. These students compete against other students in Area 5 who have similar SAEs. Congratulations to Sam Ogle who won his proficiency area and will compete at the state level with his Ag Processing proficiency! Natalie was alternate to state in the Ag Sales category and Lane Willard competed in a very competitive Beef Entrepreneurship category! We are proud of these members and the hard work they have put into their SAEs throughout high school!

Kindergarten Screenings!
Kindergarten Screenings will be held March 11-13th at the Monroe City United Methodist Church. Student's must be 5 by August 1, 2025 to be eligible for Kindergarten at Monroe City Elementary. We must screen all students that will be entering kindergarten. If your child attends Preschool or Pre-k at Monroe City Elementary we still need to screen your child. If you plan to send your child to Holy Rosary we are more than happy to share their scores with them.
