Congratulations to this horse loving girl! Alivia Chinn was selected to receive her American FFA Degree at National FFA Convention this fall! She is the perfect example of hard work and determination. Not only did she excel on her Supervised Agricultural Experience, but she was able to make her FFA experience fit her interests while still achieving high honors. The American FFA Degree is the highest honor the National FFA Organization gives out. We are proud to add her to the list of recipients!

We are excited to announce the installation of a brand-new communication board in our preschool playground, which will be an invaluable tool for our students. This board is designed to support our students in expressing their thoughts, needs, and ideas, enhancing their overall communication skills. This addition would not have been possible without the generous support of the MCR1 Foundation. Their dedication to improving educational resources for our students and staff is greatly appreciated. Let's work together to make the most of this wonderful new resource!

Elementary Parents: As in the past, we are attempting to improve our morning drop off procedure for the safety of our students. Please see attached map and explanations. 1. Yellow areas are for parents who are parking and getting out of the car to assist child/children. Pull to curb and have students exit on passenger side of car 2. Green area allows traffic to keep flowing 3. Washington St. is one way (headed north)during school start and end times. 4. Sidewalks will be more congested this year as bus riders will use Washington St. Sidewalk to load and unload, this is due to construction of new elementary school classrooms.

Congratulations to our Class of '24 Seniors Zander Kiger, Parris Shively, Nichole Burns, and Blake Shuck. They were each presented with a Be Like Crystal Scholarship from the Hooper Family. This scholarship is in memory of our beloved paraprofessional, co-worker, and friend, Crystal Hooper. Crystal supported so many of our students and especially touched the lives of these four students. Thank you, Hooper Family!
