Preschool Screenings will be held April 2-10 at the Monroe City Methodist Church (217 Catherine St). These are a FREE Developmental Screening offered to all families within our school district. Children must be 2 1/2 -4 years old by the date of screening. We are not able to screen if your child does not meet this age criteria. If you are interested in your child attending preschool next school year we must screen your child to determine eligibility. Next year we will continue to offer FREE preschool for 3 and 4 year old students. If you plan to send your child to Holy Rosary Preschool we are more than willing to share their scores with those preschool teachers. If you are not interested in preschool, but want to know how your child is doing developmentally we are more than willing to screen your child as well.

The following Monroe City students participated in District Junior High Honor Band on 2/17–Addiline Smith, Kiersten Pfaff, Allison Richardson, Keaton Sapp, and Ethan Moss.
Varsity girls fall to Macon 62-56.
Varsity boys defeat Macon 46-32.
