MCMS Quiz Bowl wrapped up their season at the Scotland Co. Tournament on Saturday. The 7th Grade Team placed 8th overall and the 8th grade Team placed 7th overall. Keaton Sapp and Ethan Moss made the All-Tournament team!

Preschool Screenings will be held April 2-10 at the Monroe City Methodist Church (217 Catherine St). These are a FREE Developmental Screening offered to all families within our school district. Children must be 2 1/2 -4 years old by the date of screening. We are not able to screen if your child does not meet this age criteria. If you are interested in your child attending preschool next school year we must screen your child to determine eligibility. Next year we will continue to offer FREE preschool for 3 and 4 year old students. If you plan to send your child to Holy Rosary Preschool we are more than willing to share their scores with those preschool teachers. If you are not interested in preschool, but want to know how your child is doing developmentally we are more than willing to screen your child as well.
