This Saturday, March 23rd, Band and Choir students went to Kirksville for Solo and Small Ensemble District Festival. Band brought six soloist and two small ensembles. Choir brought two soloist. Gianna Quinn and John Paul Quinn recieved Exemplary ratings and will be performing at State Music Festival. Overall, we recieved two Exemplary ratings, six Outstanding ratings and two Satisfactory ratings. We are very proud of our musical students! Congratulations to all!

Panther Plaque winners are 6th grade with highest GPA!


The 8th Grade Class got to compare the volume of two cylinders created using pieces of paper. They determined which one could hold more popcorn by finding the radius, diameter, and height of those cylinders. They determined that the radius impacts volume more than height. The students enjoyed eating the popcorn after!
